Feedback goes to the team.

What the form collects

Your email address, feedback category, optional rating and version, message, submission time, and a random receipt ID. The form does not accept file attachments.

Where it goes

Messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and viewed by authorized operators of our Cloudflare account. They are used to respond to issues and improve MakerHoard. Submitting feedback does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Spam protection

The form uses submission limits, input validation and a hidden anti-spam field. It does not require a CAPTCHA. Cloudflare processes technical request information to provide hosting and network protection. The application does not add your IP address to the feedback record.

Keep messages safe

Do not include passwords, API keys, customer data or model files you cannot share. We retain feedback while it is useful for support or product improvements; request deletion using the contact below.

Local desktop files

MakerHoard is designed as a local-first desktop workspace. External AI or collection integrations may send data to configured providers. This form does not upload your desktop library.
